William Wooster - senior valuer
After studying Engineering at Leeds University William choose a career in property. He has now gained over four years experience in the industry and invaluable local area knowledge. A highly competent and dedicated professional, William has a genuine passion for the property industry.
Amy Toplis - negotiator
Amy began her working career in the arts by designing and producing heritage porcelain pieces having studied Art and design throughout her education. However, she entered into the property industry three years ago and finds this equally as fascinating! Amy brings a creative flair to the administration role in the lettings office. The team is extremely reliant upon Amy to pull together the various strands of the lettings process from the start of the application through to the move in. Amy is aiming to pass her driving test so she can get out of the office and on the road to do some viewings on our many great properties!
Laura Newstead - Branch Manager North Norfolk
Laura joined Pure Lettings in June 2008 to assist with the opening of our North Norfolk Office, Laura has been in the Property Industry for 3 years and has a good knowledge of the local area, previously a Legal Secretary for a Property Lawyer Laura has worked within many aspects of the property market. Laura has good personal skills and has good understanding of individual needs.
Stephen Johnson - Operations Manager (Pure Building and Maintenance)
Stephen has developed his skills through years of senior management positions within the hospitality industry. His key leadership skills have brought natural transitions into the management of the building and maintenance division. Throughout his progressive career, Stephen has consistently returned positive results to all his assigned fields. Stephen joined the company in 2006 and has been paramount in supporting the key figures to bring about success and stability to the companies progress to date.
Ursula Gallant - Property Management Co-ordinator
Ursula spent many years managing restaurants in and around Norwich which has given her the understanding of how important customer service is and of course how crucial it is for a business/property to be in tip top condition. Ursula is part of our Property Optimisation Department and looks after the condition of all of the managed properties. Every day is incredibly varied and gives her a high level of job satisfaction. Having always been in a customer service industry she finds it a pleasure to work with Landlords and Tenants.
Peter Sparks - H M O Co-ordinator
Peter joined the Pure Group in January 2009 to take on the expanding Houses of Multiple Occupancy (HMO) / Room Share market. Peter spent 15 years in banking working his way up to Branch Manager before moving into Industrial Recruitment in 2005 running contracts with up to 250 temporary workers per day. Peter is passionate about service and always treats customers or landlords as individuals and not a number and he always goes the extra mile to ensure his clients receive Top Class service.
Linda Wright - Marketing Consultant
Linda started her working life in the French Alps as a hotel manger and ski instructor. Working abroad has given her the confidence and experience in working in different environments and most of all working with a variety of people. She has worked in sales for the UK's Number 1 automotive trading magazine and for a local radio station. This has given her a broad knowledge of the power of advertising and how beneficial it is for a company to constantly keep themselves out in the forefront of people’s minds.
Sarah Hurn - Executive Assistant
Sarah has extensive experience in the PA world. After leaving college in 1991 after gaining the BTEC National in Business & Finance, Sarah went from strength to strength in her different roles. After leaving the UK for a few months last year, Sarah missed the buzz of working in a busy pressurised environment and moved back to the UK straight into this challenging role. Sarah brings a wealth of experience to the business, highly efficient, organisational skills second to none, an eye for detail, and is experienced in all facets of executive business practices from the basics through to managing the integrity of complex business information.
